The Royal Beauty Supply is first family-owned, then Black-owned! As a family, they moved to Arizona from Flint, Michigan in 2007. Since then, they saw the Black community go from almost non-existent to a lively community. It is their mission to not only contribute to the culture but to affirm everyone in their royalties.

    Owners Joe and Stephanie Bailey opened up the House of Holistic Care, a girl group home, in 2016. The main reason for doing so was to prove that there are more ways to give back than giving money. The couple made it their purpose to give something everlasting - love. The Royal Beauty Supply stands on those same principles. 

    Apart from the team is Tia Bailey, the daughter. Ms. Bailey attends the illustrious historical black university - Prairie View Agricultural and Mechanical University in Texas. Being immersed in so much culture every day - she wants to bring the same vibe to the valley. Sounds like the Royal Beauty Supply will have a Homecoming every time someone walks through their doors!
